ON our second day in Chiang Mai we rented a motor bike and drove to the temple Wat Doi Suthep, just outside the city. It is almost completely covered in gold and is a spectacular sight.
We walked up the stairs…
Entered the temple grounds.
We watched the girls dancing and the tombs of people who have donated to the temple.
And to the marvel itself.
